Who provides the alcohol?
Currently we do not supply alcohol. However, our intentions are to do whatever it takes to make your day amazing. We can help you plan your drink menu, and we even built this handy calculator to help you estimate your alcohol costs.

How much does your service cost?
Our price varies by the level of service required. You can expect between $1500 and $2500.
What if we need more time or an additional bartender?
We're happy to keep serving your event as long as you need us! Our rates for additional time are as follows–

$100 / Rental Hour
$100 / Bartending Hour
Who handles ice?
We provide 1 bag of ice per hour with your booking. Often this isn't enough to cover the duration of your event. If you'd like us to provide more let us know, otherwise you are welcome to provide your own.
Are there any other services or rentals that you offer?
Yes! And if you need anything else, just let us know. We're pretty resourceful!

If we don't want to use your licensed bartender(s), what do we do?
If you have a bartender that you would like to serve from 'The Tipsy Willow' they will be required to provide their own insurance and OLCC license for the event.
How far do you travel?
We will travel up to 30 miles from Coos Bay, OR free of charge. After 30 miles our rate is .60 cents per mile. We will not travel any further than a 500 miles round trip.
What if we have to cancel?
We understand that many things can happen when planning an event. We would love to still continue working with you if your date ends up having to change. With that, if you do need to cancel we ask that you provide a 72 hour notice.
